In 2014, the team changed its name from Phoenix to Arizona Coyotes. With that came a revised shoulder patch and the retirement of the black third jersey.
On March 5, 2015, the Coyotes wore their inaugural season uniform, last seen in 2003, for Throwback Night. It's been rumored the jersey may be used again in future seasons.
